THESE PEOPLE KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! We had a disaster with another local rental agency. They gloated about being chosen Pigeon Forges #1 rental agency. That's beyond laughable. It makes me question who can vote... Anyway, after a really tough night in an unsafe and unhealthy cabin I called DM rentals on the off chance that they might have something available in peak season for the remainder of our stay. These folks restored my faith in humanity. We rented "Valentine" out on the river. I'm going to give you a heads up...it's not new...it's not "luxurious"...but what it was was clean and the most peaceful setting you could imagine. God had his hand in this one! We were ready to pack back up in the car (just ourselves, we never unpacked the bags due to the pills laying around, dirt, suspected dog poo on the floor, clumps of hair hanging on the walls, exposed nails in the headboard, literally piles of dust, and enough dead Bugs to satisfy an entire 7th grade class with their bug projects for the year) but we didn't. We took a chance and I'm so thankful we did. The people at DM rentals were sympathetic to our plight and went above and beyond to make our stay in The Smokies an enjoyable one. The owner even stopped by to make sure we had what we needed. You can't beat that!! I would recommend this cabin, owner, rental agency time and time again. We saw a lot of newer, "nicer" cabins on our drive out of town but I wouldn't trade the hospitality we received. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making a bad situation not only good but great! If I have my way I'll vote you #1. You deserve it!!!
