Highly dissatisfied! Husband has purchased several pieces for me here and I have been crediting him for his thoughtfulness. However he is not knowledgeable about jewelry and I believe was taken advantage of. One purchase was a little necklace with too small a chain. He returned to get a longer chain and was told you couldnt get one and was sold a thicker, much more expensive one. To make things worse, small ring was sauntered onto the charm to accommodate the larger chain. Not a necklace bail, but a small O ring! This addition ruined the look of the necklace. A competent jeweler would never have done that. When I returned to remedy the situation I was treated rudely and the only solution they offered was to even trade the thinner chain for the thicker one my hisband purchased. They would only cheat me of a two hundred dollar difference as a solution. We will never return!!!
