Be very aware! If you don't use all of Deanna's in house sources, she does not like it. For example, her flowers, invitations, etc. Planning from Oregon, my daughters experience was terrible. Our budget was on the website from day one yet she kept sending my daughter items way above the budget. She blamed my daughter for expensive taste but she was the one mailing above budget items to her in Oregon. There was one quote for the invitations we thought was perfectly reasonable, a little above budget but workable. Then we found out it did not include printing. Who does that??? We terminated her services on March 1st but she will not refund the rentals we paid for, which has nothing to do with her contract. Make sure to understand every invoice she gives you. Our venue has taken her off of the preferred list not just because of us but several others. When you read Deanna's response below, keep in mind our budget on her website was $31,855.00.
