After 4 phone calls in the past 2 weeks we finally have our reservation changed from a king bed room to a double bed room. Unfortunately the group rate that was applied has expired. After all the calls most have been polite and helped the best they could but couldn't cancel the 4 rooms that were booked incorrectly. The gentleman I talked to tonight wasn't as nice but confirmed our reservation was set correctly before hanging up after I said thank you and not even saying good bye. We have stayed at multiple Marriott hotels around the US and have had great service. We hope our stay is better than the problems we have had getting the reservations.

The staff was welcoming and very pleasant to be around. My room was clean and well-kept. Very pleased with the service and quality I receive from my money.
