Cook's Pest Control

The service started out great. We had a 2 year contract and every month they would show up as scheduled and take care of all the issues that were noted. After two years the price went up and the service quality went down dramatically. Whenever we would call to make an appointment the technician could never keep the time promised in some instances they never called to reschedule never called to apologize for missing an appointment and making me wait home in anticipation for them showing up. We finally cancelled our service and in that process it took 2 months for them to realize that we were not going to have them come to her house any longer. My husband received multiple calls asking if we really wanted to cancel, and we said absolutely not only do we want to cancel but we want a full refund for the unacceptable months of service. It is a real shame that the quality of this company has gone downhill so much over the three years that we've been doing business with them. We will no longer be doing business with Cook Pest Control.
