I have been to this store a few times. There is some really cute things, but the owner is truly unpleasant to deal with. She comes across as rude and inconvenienced. I have stopped by to purchase something for my new grandson, but she never came out of the back, to assist me. I just walked out. The last time I went in there with something to be personalized, she rolled her eyes and shook her head "no". When I asked what was wrong she told me she wouldn't be able to work on my grandson's stocking until after Christmas. Meanwhile, there was another customer having something customized. Very poor customer service.
