Worst customer service in Nashville. I purchased two brand new computers for my business, and simply needed a few adapters to connect my monitors to the new computers. I called them because they were recommended, but what a mistake. Instead of trying to help me, I got an immediate lecture on why I shouldn't do what I needed to do. I know my way around a computer pretty good, and the guy I spoke to simply jumped to a conclusion without knowing exactly what I was trying to accomplish. Turns out the application I needed the adapters for worked out just fine, without any problems whatsoever. With this kind of attitude and lack of customer service, I won't even think about recommending this company, nor will I ever call them back for anything ... even if they're the only place in town to get what I need. What a complete waste of my time.
