I made a reservation a month ahead of time through the choice hotels website which sent me an email with a confirmation number. When I got to the hotel they told me I did not have a reservation and they had no rooms available. I showed them my confirmation email and they said they still could not do anything for me. I called choice customer complaints and satisfaction department told them what was going on they took my phone number in case the phone call was dropped for any reason I asked them for a case number which they gave me 45 minutes later I was hung up on waited 15 minutes never got a call back I called them back with the number that the customer service person gave me I was told it was not a valid number they asked me what was going on I told them and ask to speak to a supervisor and the call was disconnected again after a 10-minute wait to speak with the supervisor. I am a Diamond member I've already stayed 23 nights with this chain this year. It has been 5 days and I have not heard anything from them.
