This is one store I will never shop again. On our trip to Gatlinburg we stop in the store and bought a pair of shorts . My husband accidentally picked up the wrong size. Two weeks later my son and his wife went to Gatlinburg for their vacation. We asked if they could exchange the shorts for a larger size. We had the receipt which they had at the time they tried to make the exchange. Thw woman who I assume must be the owner ran from the opposite side of the store and started smelling the shorts. She then claimed that they smelled like laundry detergent and refused to let my daughter in law exchange them. She then became very rude when my daughter in law told her they had not been washed. She refused to exchange them, so they had to bring the shorts home. I then called this woman who continued to accuse me of washing the shorts. The shorts were not washed and I think this lady was overreacting in a very unprofessional way. We are now stuck with a pair of shorts that are too small. Why would we come back to Louisville and wash a pair of shorts that are too small. This is the most unbelievable treatment I have ever had in a store. I do not know how anyone can stay in business treating customers in that way. In this time of struggle for many people you would think she would have a little more class. We were not askimg for money just another size.
