Click1

I am a tier 3 tech for a local MSP that services 1000's of clients throughout the United States. We work side by side with several ISP's throughout the region. I can say Click1 is one of my favorites to work with. We have several customers with Click1's service. All of our customers are supplied with internet that rarely goes down. They get the speeds they are paying for and rarely have issues. We have had customers have problems and as long as you will work with Click1's techs and not just throw your hands up and get frustrated then it gets fixed as any isp's problems would. I look forward to the Fiber Click1 is currently rolling out. One of our customers already has it and it works GREAT!!! I would be happy to test your fiber at my house (wink wink). I also have Click1's residential service. I'm not going to lie and say I have never had problems in the past because I have but they found the issue and since then the internet has been I would say 95% flawless. My 100/5 internet rarely has issues. The modem they provide does indeed cover a 2000 square foot house with wireless and it has great speeds even at distances. I myself use a firewall and 2 access points for more control and coverage (I like to stream music while I mow my yard :)) but what they provide is great equipment. Overall I am very pleased with their internet service. I would recommend Click1 to all of my friends and family. I have not been paid or given any incentive to write this review. I just noticed they have a low rating on google and don't deserve the rating they have. Nobody leaves reviews when the service is working. Note to Click1: I would be happy to test any new equipment you want to roll out. I will give you my honest review good or bad.
