All the things said in the negative reviews are true. The drs are ok but the rest of the staff are rude, impatient, and have an over all bad attitude. To make things worse they do not follow procedure when it comes to preventing the spread of virues and bacteria from one patient to another. They do not wash or sanitize there hands, touch your children (and things like pacifiers) and go from one room to the next. They are spreading more sickness than they are curing. Unfortunately this seems to be the common practice in all 3 pediatric offices in Cleveland, TN. I have tried all 3. Peerless has a slightly better staff (not by much) and do not practice basic germ control either. Ocoee pediatrics (formerly Bradley pediatrics) have a great staff but, new facility, and no germ control. The only thing Cleveland Peds has going for them over the other 2 is the seperate "well child" building that separates sick and well children.
