The bill is way overpriced for the quality of water and service you receive. Try putting a glass of the water on your counter over night and view it in the morning. Other than destroying everything it touches from faucets to water heaters and replacing seals all the time the water is so bad you can't even wash your vehicle with it without leaving hard water spots that don't come off and dishes have to be dried immediately or they will be totally spotted with white residue. And as I said previously the highest in the state. Evidently it takes more money to make such a poor quality water.
