I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered my food over an hour and 15 minutes ago. They told me it was going to be 30 minutes. I already wasn't happy after someone very rude answered the phone and took my order. I decided an hour after my food was late to call. The lady said she couldn't give me a refund and that her driver would be there in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I called again and she started yelling in a different language to a co-worker. They forgot my drinks too, which isn't a big deal, but I got 5 drinks. The driver did the best she could and I felt so bad for her, but the person who answered the phones and the manager were very unprofessional. I can only imagine how rude and mean the bosses were to the driver if they were so rude to me. The driver was in hysterical tears by the time she got my house and sincerely apologized unlike the manager. I hope they realize that how the treat their employees and customers impacts their business.
