My 1 year old puppy was taken by a tech through an open door to be weighed on a scale visible to me at the front desk while I completed paperwork. The tech subsequently shut the door and I was refused entry into the exam room after asking the receptionist three separate times to be allowed to see my dog. The receptionist went back and asked the vet each time and stated the vet would come to get me when she was ready every time. The vet finally came out after she said she completed the entire exam without me present and without my consent. The vaccinations, blood test, and fecal test were supposedly completed, all under the premise that my dog was being weighed. I voiced how upset I was once she finally came to get me and the vet was totally out of it. She didn't remember the receptionist coming back and asking if I could be present three times and she did not allow me to ask any questions regarding the exam or other pertinent issues with regard to the puppy's health. In addition, I was unaware of what vaccines he was provided and that he was getting a blood test until after the exam was completed, at which time I was expected to pay for the exam in its entirety. I will not return and would not recommend this vet to anyone.
