Centerstone is amazing. The Pyschiatrists, the therapists, to the receptionists are all professional and care about you as a person. I saw a therapist on my first visit (which was an intake visit) then within the next month and a 1/2 I waited to see the doctor so I could get my much needed meds. Yes, I KNOW the wait to get in to see the doctor is quite lengthy, however, they do see A LOT of patients, patients who can't necessarily afford to go to other places, so it is a longer wait time. You HAVE to have patience. When you finally get into see the doctor, you WILL be glad and will start feeling better. My Pyschiatrist, Terri Norris, is amazing, my therapist, Susan O'Malley listens to you and helps you cope with life, and my case worker, Sabrina Kelly, is awesome. She has been there for me since I met her and I do NOT know where I would be today if it wasn't for her help and understanding. She DEFINITELY earns 5 stars, as well as the other two I've mentioned. All 3 have 5 stars in my review as they passionately care about each individual they come in contact with. If you have any issues, whatsoever, all you need to do is contact one of them and they WILL answer you or be there for you as soon as possible. I don't write reviews too often, but in this case I DEFINITELY will. It seems as though everyone I have ran into at this facility generally cares and goes above and beyond to make sure all clients are treated fairly and equally. If I wasn't happy with the outcome of my services at Centerstone, I would be seeking help elsewhere, however, I do believe I have found a "home" with CenterStone and will be here to stay as they help me cope with life and all its difficulties. I don't know where I would be today if it wasn't for the above mentioned individuals, however, I AMbetter than I was before my appointments with them, for sure. I STILL have my days, but as a team we WILL get through it together.
