Stay away if you need quality mental health care. At Centerstone, one hand does not know anything about what the other is doing. They are understaffed, rude, and condescending. Phone calls go unreturned. They seem to have no sympathy toward their patients needs. They will not bother to notify you if your provider is absent until after you show up. If you should run out of your meds before your next appointment (and you will, because they don't take that into consideration), don't bother to ask for a prescription to tide you over. They will absolutely allow you to go into withdrawal first. As a State supported not-for-profit, Tennessee is wasting our tax dollars.
