Dr. Robertson & Associates are F'n Idiots. He might show up 2x in 8mos., if you are lucky. Leaving the his minions in charge, who don't have a clue what they are doing. (excluding Mr Foster may god bless him & keep him from going postal). Personally I expect when being billed ~600$/mo via Insurance, I get quality care from the Doctor! The clinic has driven me and my poor mother to the edge of insanity. Having spoke with many Home based Wound Nurses, all who give opposing opinions about a specific issue. I was told either do their work for them or put my mother back in Nursing Facility. This was after me doing their job 1.5months now & bringing it to the attention of the whole facility!
I have noticed anything associated w/ETSU will be your undoing. I understand the need to train & educate, but when your "trainer" doesn't have a degree or knowledge... Beware!
