Budget Car Rental

This place is a joke, terrible customer service. I received the wrong sized truck, picked it up at 2pm, had to wait over an hour to get it. I brought the truck back later that night but there was no night key drop. I brought the key back at 8am the next morning and was told I was being charged a 25 dollar late fee. I asked for what. The guy at the counter says you are expected to be here at 7am when the door opens. I immediately called the customer service number when I left. They told me the fee he tried to charge wasn't valid that I had paid for the truck till 2pm. They refunded the money back to my card. This budget rental sucks.

The customer service here is TERRIBLE!!! The guy was ride then on top of that he put in the system as if I picked up my rental when I didn't & it charged my credit card.. I don't recommend this place for anything.. I don't recommend BUDGET rental for anything.. Customer service is HORRIBLE on both ends..
