Hyatt Place Nashville/Brentwood

So I came here with a girls club team last weekend. Mind you they use a service to book club events as well which means the room rate went up. On this weekend Anthony Travel was the service that booked our rooms. Early Saturday morning by 11am storms hit and the tournament was cancelled by noon. So in a cowardly move Hyatt Place Brentwood tucked it's tail in and refused to refund the Sunday room. The irony in all of this was my wife and I stayed at the exact hotel in November 2017 for a wedding. My wife ending being I'll before the wedding so we checked out at 2:30 No questions asked but yet they screwed several groups of Parents out of 2 days of money for something beyond their control this past weekend. We have cancelled our rewards and travelling the rest of this year and in the future. HILTON only! Never have a problem.
