Came to this restaurant to celebrate daughter's graduation and immediately service was poor. The sad part is this is the 3rd time this has happened to us. We sat at the table for 15 minutes before someone even took our drink orders. Asked to speak to the manager and she was rude as well. No-one knew we had the regional managers number and he was the only helpful one, not even being present. This location sucks!!!!!
