This is a lovely clothing store with great prices for nice quality goods. However, they have one weird policy that keeps me from giving it five stars. I purchased a shirt for my mother that had been marked down $2 (from $37 to $35). At the counter, I was told (nicely) that sales items could not be exchanged. I can see not allowing exchanges on close out items reduced 50 percent or more, but in this case, I should have just given them the extra 2 bucks for the privilege of being able to exchange it. This won't keep me from shopping there. The people are really nice and the selection is excellent, but their exchange policy will deter me from buying gifts for others there, because fit will always be uncertain. They need to rethink this.
