While the Techs are great, the staff has problems with proper scheduling. One tells you it's ok to do Tues & Fri but when you get there Tues they tell you it's too soon to be there. Their explanations about how the scheduling works depends on who you are talking to. If there's a lot of donors then bonuses are cut for regulars who have not been coming that long. They find excuses like your protein is low but the most used excuse is your BP is too high. I'm an ex Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) I can tell just by my pulse rate in my wrist if my BP is up. I just came from my doctor's office and drove 15 minutes to the center. I left my doctor's office with a BP reading of 144/90. The guy there claimed it was 206/? NO WAY. See I was due to get my $80 bonus for completing my 2x4 week donation. I confronted 2 people about how I could be okay for 2x3 weeks to donate and now there's a problem AGAIN. I was there 3x this week and turned away all 3x. I only need a week off to go somewhere else and since my last visit is coming up this Saturday and I haven't donated all week, I have no intentions on going back to Biolife. You can fool some of the people some of the time but eventually word gets around or people wise up. The bonuses are offered I believe as a come on to bring in new people rather than being a true incentive to the regular donors. It's unethical, it's unfair and it's really a cheap shot. Businesses who continue to operate in this fashion are the losers. Like me donors will just find somewhere else to donate. I've already found 2 with pay that's comparable. Did I mention I'm on the board of consumer affairs and be will be suggesting we look into plasma donation centers as a benefit to Donors. Don't tell me you're sorry like you told by everyone be else who complained. Sorry doesn't fix the problems, it's not a magic word that suddenly makes everything ok. You need to spend less time being sorry and take some steps to seriously look at the reviews and address the problems. Not everyone is going to contact you or be waste time letting you know what's wrong with your centers, they'll just leave and go somewhere else. So don't wait until your donations begin to deplete and they eventually will minus promised but undelivered bonuses or inconsiderate rescheduling. You can thank me for the time I've spent trying to help you considering the lost $ and time this center caused me to lose this month no other just this week.
Employees are rude, unprofessional, and are happy to defer people with no apparent reasoning. Additionally they seem to openly ridicule clients with the assumption that they aren't being watched. Do not recommend to anyone.
