My fiancé and I went in to register for our wedding. No one was in the registry section. We asked the girl at the service counter for help to register. She called for assistance. A gentleman came over but he "couldn't help us start one, only to print one out". He got on his walkie and called for assistance from "Lauren" that I heard. We waited an additional 5 minutes with no help and left.
