My wife and I needed a new stock pot. We decided to use one of those 20% off one item coupons that everyone in the country gets in their mailbox once a month. My wife left the coupon at home. The store clerk told us that they would not honor the coupon. She said we would have to drive back home to get it. I'll just order one on Amazon. Nice customer service, guys.
