We purchased a car here and up until a week ago it was a good experience. Balero Group sold our loan to a third party auto loan company called IDA and it has been nothing but trouble. We have not yet been able to make a payment due to inaccurate information given by IDA. Balero Group never told us personally they were making this change until we got the call from IDA stating we owed them money from a Challenger we bought from Balero..... That was a curve ball.
