UTTER FAIL! Seriously?? First visit to BYB and what a disaster. We did a dine in... thank goodness, because had we driven away with this order I would have been ANGRY rather than disappointed. Having never been here and not seeing a standard cheeseburger on the menu, I asked for a cheeseburger meal. I was directed to order the classic. When it arrived with no cheese, I said (to the same man I ordered it from) "they forgot the cheese." He responds, "Oh, well the classic doesn't come with cheese." but...i ordered a cheeseburger. I also ordered a peach cobbler, (because when I asked what they had i was told peach, pecan and blackberry). After the food came the same kid says, "We don't have peach." Ok, I responded, just bring my son a chocolate shake in stead. I get an ok and he leaves. A manager returns and hands me 2.50 and apologized for not having the cobbler. I said, thank you and took what i thought was the difference in price. NOPE. Shake never arrived. My kid ordered a salad rather than fries, meal came with fries. I asked for the salad, it came with no dressing. I asked for Italian, I was told they only have honey mustard, ranch, BBQ SAUCE AND KETCHUP. For a salad?? Come on guys. It's a meal, not rocket science!!
I will say that the staff was all VERY friendly ;)
