Single female, called Brian the owner, last Thursday evening explaining hot water tank was dripping from T P valve. He stated tank was OK just needed to replace the valve. Went to work Friday had someone at my home for plumber to come. Told family member needed valve and a expansion tank on top of water heater... said it was the water company increasing the pressure at night causing the problem. Family member said to call me they could not authorize work. No call came I called the office and was told he was writing ticket. I asked price he said 405..00 I said wait. Checked on line valve 40..00 retail and less then 40..00 for tank. 325..00 for labor for one hour???? Looked up how to fix. Called Blount Cty stated they do not change pressure at night. Went to Gray Hodges part was only 19.83 drained tank installed valve refilled turned on power. 50 gallon tank perfect no leaking even 24 hrs later. Called owner to discuss no call back so posted this. Will never recommend or use this company.
