My wife and I went into Ashley furniture this evening to look at a living room and a bedroom set for purchase.
We found something we liked at Rooms To Go but decided to look one more place--Ashley furniture.
When we arrived we were greeted by a salesperson names Ashley (ironically) she was extremely rude and tried several times to walk away from us when we asked her questions. She proceeded to trash Rooms To Go and their quality of furniture and said "you get what you pay for." We asked her to show us her best items for living room and she showed us a couch with coil springs and horrible stitching. She proceeded to tell us that foam wears out and springs don't break. Absolutely horrible service. I will pay for cheaper merchandise for better service any day of the week!
Unfortunately I will never shop at Ashley furniture again.
