I received a Brazilian wax from Arch Studio at least three times. Each time, the way turned out amazing, but of course something had to go wrong. The service is terrible. Adriana is very unprofessional. The first time, I went there she was on her phone the entire time...I literally was laying on the table for about. 40 minutes waiting for her to wax me. She said her sister has just had a baby, so she was excited and could not work properly. I understand the excite me, but leave your personal life at home when you come to work. Second time, I schedule ahead of time and still had to wait when I got there. Third time, my friend and I schedule a day in advance. When we got there she tells us that wax has to warm up, we waited 45min-1hr on the wax to heat up. I know well that it does not take that long for wax to warm up. Even after that, I still went back because the white lady,from Detroit, in there does a good job. Fourth time, my friend and I schedule ahead of time, got there 14minutes late and Adriana has the nerve to tell us she can't do it. I did not argue with her or bring up any of the cases where I had to wait. I was just done after that. I felt undeserved after I left today. And that's a bad way to feel after I bring business to you. I will not be going back.
