Arby's

When I arrived the restaurant had quite a long line and it was after normal lunch hours. I was impressed how well the staff handled the pressure. The cashier appeared to be a newer employee but she never got stressed and kept doing the best she could. She had to get the manger to help her several times. The manager never got frustrated with her and would help her and return to what she was doing. She told the team they were doing a great job again and again keeping them motivated. The whole staff deserves praise.
