I have never been more disapointed in customer service, and reading the negative reviews of this business, I now realize I should have been more prepared when ring shopping here. My fiancée and I went in and spoke to a very helpful woman about rings and I found an antique Art Deco ring that I really liked, but it was too small and only went to my knuckle. We were assured it could be sized up though. We decided to look at other shops nearby to just make sure I was 100% set on that particular one. I ultimately decided I did want that ring, but we wanted to make sure that it could be sized and that if it couldn't, we could bring it back. They said they worked with a jeweler at Crown Jewlers. But when we went back, a different woman named Micky took over and was insisting that it could be sized and that she knew this as fact. I thanked her for that but explained that we were just concerned because it was so small and other actual jewelers had told us we couldn't size up on a very similar ring, and besides that, we have the right to try and protect ourselves as customers. She then kept talking about their appraisal guarantee and we asked to clarify if we could bring the ring back if it was not able to be sized and she finally gave us a hard no, so we left. I will never return to this store based on how we were treated today. And reading the previous reviews, I'm curious about their connection to this mysterious jewler that can resize "anything" at Crown. Based on the previous reviews it sounds like there might be some shady dealings going on all around. I would recommend going to an actual jewler. We really loved the customer service at Waldens on the main drag, we just ultimately didn't find anything there that I liked enough to buy, by we appreciated that they were honest enough to tell us a particular ring couldn't be sized up.

Very cute little place. I appreciated the "true" antiques and quirky little items in the store. A lot of the stuff was dirty and not redone which is what I LOVE! fun picking and good stop!
