Very disappointed in the attitude of Dr. Kromer. He didn’t check my ears which I said hurt. He made a comment about never prescribing narcotics but I did asked plus I’m allergic to most everything anyway. I wanted to know what he was prescribing me due to so many allergic reaction to meds. I just want to get well instead of missing work. The staff was very nice but not the doctor.

Absolutely appalled at the lady working the front desk at this office. Very rude to my children and myself. Was in another room talking badly about me and my children for 30 min. I went to the room to speak to provider directly and the lady from the front desk called manager and said she had a disruptive patient in the office. Then yelled at me to leave or she was calling police, I told her please do. I have had a pleasent experience with the providers in the past but this lady is something else! I think I will be taking further action on this one. I've never been so embarrassed in my life. I asked to have contact info to speak to someone there at the office but the lady refused. It's a sad shame the way people treat others these days! Very unprofessional. So basicly me and my children were banned from this office for what?
