Bad insurance company! Rip off old people. My dad is 97 years old never missed a payment. Always had an insurance man coming to collect his money. When they stopped the insurance man from coming that's when the problem began. I started sending his payment by money order. I had all kind of issues. They claim they didn't get the money order. I call to check about the money order they found out that the money was cash by AIG so I made copy and gave it to them. I contacted AIG consumers affair. They clear up some of the problem. The next year they came back and said I missed a payment for another month. If it wasn't for the age my dad is I would draft my dad money out and put it in a savings but he is 97 years old .AIG got money out of me and my 97 year old dad. Stay away from this insurance company. My dad has 6 policy and non of them paid up.
Impossible to reach someone. Get a new agent every month and no one to follow up with. Horrible customer service.
