Locally owned business. I have bought tile and carpet from them on three different occasions and plan on buying hardwood flooring for my house. They beat Lowe’s prices and quality. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Will buy from them again.

Worst customer service I have ever received. From minute-one the "salesman" was completely disinterested in helping and wouldn't answer anything directly. He then tried a bait and switch, quoting one price on Saturday, and a considerably higher one when I was ready to buy on Monday. He called back later to try to pressure us into buying. He had the "special price" (the original one) and had to know right then. I asked him to hang on while I discussed it with my husband, and he said "just forget it" and HUNG UP ON ME. Not once was I rude or demanding, and he was condescending from the get-go. I can't believe they're even in business. Sleazy and ignorant...
