I called the office late in the day expecting to be put on a waiting list. Instead, the service technician Reece was dispatched and had my air conditioner working within 3 hours of when I placed the call. Reece was very courteous and explained what he was doing. Thank you for a great experience.

We have to use this company because they are the Heat and air on contract with our home warranty company. However we have not been satisfied with their service, having had them on three separate issues, once for central heat issue and twice for air conditioning. In each instance, it took multiple trips to resolve the problem. We are currently on our second AC issue and have had two different technicians over the past two weeks, which is not resolved, and are now waiting for a third, supposedly the AC manager. One would think that an existing issue would get priority, but no, we have had to wait 5 days with no air conditioning, 90 degree temperatures, to get rescheduled. While the ladies we speak to on the phone are pleasant and sympathetic, we are not at all pleased with with the customer service we have experienced to date, and we are on their semi-annual service plan.
