Terrible!!! Customer Service sucks!!! Not sure how they made the list for State Farm. Will NEVER go back and and nor will I refer anyone. Lady at the desk didn't care at all. Never got off her butt. Everything by appointment ONLY. I didn't make an appointment for an accident. My hood won't even close and yet, I was advised it's safe. AutoNation took my car right in and I'm now in my rental.
